The 5 must-haves to survive a hot baseball game

When it comes to attending a hot summer baseball game, less is always more. With the hot sun beating down on you and temperatures hitting close to triple digits you are bound to be sitting in a pool of sweat within minutes. If you are a super fan and are determined to stick it out more than halfway through the game you’ll want to be prepared to take on the heat. Unfortunately, there’s no rule book on how to play against the sun, but there are some items you can purchase to help look as fresh and clean as possible during a fun-filled day at your home team’s stadium. Check out these 5 must-have items to survive a hot baseball game!
1. Baseball cap
Add a little shade of protection to your hair and face by wearing a stylish baseball cap. This will help ease the pain of the scorching sun and minimize direct sunlight hitting your face.
2. Light-weight & light-colored clothing
Everyone loves reppin’ their favorite team, but while doing so on a hot day you will want to avoid wearing dark-colored clothing that attracts the sun.
