Hi, I live in Ireland where the weather is not as cold as America, however I suffer with very very dry skin and my hand and fingers crack with the cold. I have just discovered a Hand Repair Cream for severely dry skin and its by La Roche-Posay 9euros, use it as much as you want and at night time wear some cotton gloves!! Hope it works for you all…
