State of Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology License Information In order to obtain a license in cosmetology, esthetics or nail
technology in the state of Oklahoma, students must complete the
requirements listed below. Please contact the State of Oklahoma Board

Requirements
COSMETOLOGY: 1500 hours
COSMETICIAN: 600 hours
ESTHETICS: 600 hours
MANICURIST: 600 hours
INSTRUCTOR: 1000 hours
Reciprocity
All states with equal or better requirements.
