We have many exciting additions to our training
center! We have added federal funding to
our competetive financial aid package. We
can now accept the Pell Grant and Direct
Loans for those who qualify. We have also
added a professional salon environment for
our advanced students to practice salon
management and services. We also have a
new esthetics program with state-of-the-art
equipment in our day spa!

Offered
Cosmetology Program
Our students receive the most
advanced training in cutting, perming, coloring,
and nail technology. The Academy recognizes
and develops an individual's potential,
thus producing qualified hairdressers invested
in the concept of hair fashion. Academic
and practical programs are of the highest
quality. Techniques and skills are instructed
and taught to challenge students to meet
and surpass the state-required level of
cosmetology.
Here are some of the advanced courses we
offer at the Academy of Hair Design that
will put you at the very forefront of hair
and beauty profession.
COSMETOLOGY COURSE
- 33.5 or 20 hours per week, Tuesday
through Saturday
- Haircutting & Styling (men and women)
- Razor Cutting
- Clipper cutting
- Perming
- Coloring
- Manicures/Pedicures
- Acrylic nail application
- Fiberglass nail application
- All state required Sanitation, etc.
NAIL TECH COURSE
- 33.5 or 20 hours per week, Tuesday through
Saturday
- Manicures/Pedicures
- Acrylic nail application
- Fiberglass nail application
- All state required Sanitation, etc.
 Barbering
Program
It’s a profession with limitless potential—after
all, EVERYONE needs a barber. At The Academy,
our goal is to provide students with the
most advanced, innovative education program
available. Not just with superior technical
training, but also by equipping you with
in-depth knowledge and trade secrets about
running a successful business.

Esthetics Program
This is beauty training at its finest! You
will receive the training necessary to work
in a day spa environment.
- 26 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday
- Machine Facials
- Body Treatments
- Massage and Reflexology
- Make-up Application and Hair Removal
- All state required Sanitation, etc.

and will help you find assistance from other
sources, as well. We understand that every
student's needs are different. That's why
