I went in for highlights they made me pre pay for the service. I was very nice the girl only had 5 done after an hour and a half. I asked her to ask her instructor to send a classmate to help her as it was 2pm and at the rate she was going not going to be done. She got offended stormed off even though I was very polite and had planned to give her a good tip. They refused to finish the service I paid for. I think they all have mental and emotional issues and don't know how to run a business I drove all the way from Melbourne it wasted 3 hours of one of my only off days I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal w them as they have terrible customers service skills. Not able to communicate well w customers is an issue their other location in Melbourne is going out of business in Dec they probably will eventually to.
