American Beauty Academy – Wheaton is a premier educational facility, offering the skills and creative spark necessary for a successful career in the competitive field of cosmetology and spa services. We currently offer complete courses in:

• Cosmetology
• Barbering (Wheaton campus only)

American Beauty Academy – Wheaton has an excellent placement record for graduating cosmetologists. We do our best to provide lifetime placement assistance to all of our graduates. We also allow you to find your creative spark on your time with convenient day or evening courses to choose from.

American Beauty Academy – Wheaton strives to train you to become a licensed cosmetologist or hairstylist that any salon would be proud to hire. We also serve our surrounding communities by providing hair care services to our patrons. We see this as a way for our students to gain practical experience reflected as it would be in any real salon. American Beauty Academy - Wheaton began as Montgomery Beauty II in 1995. We were a small school with only 15 students. In 2001, the school changed ownership and American Beauty Academy opened to the public. Exactly one year later, American Beauty Academy – Wheaton offered cosmetology and nail technician classes to over 100 students.

Enrollment & Requirements

An applicant may enroll in American Beauty Academy programs after the successful completion of the following criteria:

   1. Meet all admission requirements
   2. Sign a contract/enrollment agreement with the school
   3. Obtain a class start date

All requirements must be met prior to beginning class.
