Came here for a botanical treatment, blowout and curls. While everyone was extremely friendly and place was nice, organized and clean I was highly unsatisfied with my service. Didn’t feel like the stylist used any treatment in my hair, and my appointment was at 2pm and I left at 5pm. A treatment and style should take at most 2 hours, but really should only take about 1.5hrs. She was SO painfully slow. She would dry one little piece by piece, and DID NOT know how to curl hair. Those are basic salon services, and based off of small talk she is set to graduate in June. Hot tools are things the school should teach early on in their studies, it’s not complex. I called and asked for a refund, and the manager was not willing whatsoever so I am having to dispute the charge with my bank. I understand they’re students but I work hard for my money, and want to get good value for anything I spend my money on, especially given the inflation. I would maybe return for a facial only, but honestly I think I rather spend the money at an actual salon.
