I had a wonderful experience on my visit yesterday! Sora was patient, kind and thoughtful throughout my appointment. This is the first haircut in my entire life that I am thrilled about. I have always struggled to articulate exactly what I'm hoping for in a haircut, but Sora listened to my thoughts and came up with a plan. She explained in detail just how she was going to do my hair and even worked with me to make sure it was just right. She took her time to ensure the length was what I wanted. Often there is something missing with my cuts when I have gone elsewhere. Today I left so incredibly happy. I have been talking about it all day. I have fine hair and somehow the cut Sora provided has life, body and volume, all while being polished. Thanks for making me feel so lovely Sora!
