Flex-Days Scheduling
To help you work, live, and learn, our unique Flex-Days scheduling allows you to attend classes for 3 consecutive days, then take the following 4 days off. As you near the end of your training, you can choose to add a day in class each week to complete your program even faster.

We're here to make your new career possible! Our unique schedule also includes a two-week winter holiday break, as well as weeklong spring and fall breaks. You and your educators will return refreshed and ready for serious learning.

Cosmetology
Prepare to express your creativity and talent in hair, skin, and nail care, and makeup application.

Some of the world's top beauty industry professionals provide expert guidance to lead you through our cosmetology curriculum, which incorporates extensive, hands-on, salon-like learning. Our nationally certified educators are uniquely qualified to provide the technical, personal, and business skills you need to achieve professional success. Many of them work in our award-winning salon - so they offer an invaluable perspective on your daily school work.

Upon completion, you'll be ready to face the state licensing examination and prepared for a rewarding career as a licensed cosmetologist, retail sales specialist, salon manager, or owner.

Esthetics
Prepare for an exciting future in professional skin care.

Industry-leading skin care professionals take you through our world renowned curriculum. Each of our educators has received national certification and pursues on-going education. You'll learn specialized techniques to purify, balance, and renew the skin with an emphasis on using pure flower and plant essences in treatments. You will also study international trends in makeup taught by pure-fessionals who work in top salons and on fashion's runways--no other school offers this level of makeup instruction.

Instructor Training
Learn the science of teaching and enhance your skills in your chosen field. Our nationally recognized, unique Instructor Training curriculum encompasses in-depth training with industry-leading educators to prepare licensed professionals for the state licensing examination as an educator. Upon graduation and licensing, you will be qualified to teach Cosmetology or Esthetics full or part-time in a licensed school.

We run Gary Manuel AVEDA Institute with sustainability in mind. We use recycled materials and non-petroleum based surfaces throughout our campus. We believe it's our responsibility to inspire and teach others to care for our world. Our continued efforts to control our carbon footprint include:

• Plastic cap recycling program internally and for guests
• No plastic cups or paper plates used on campus
• All paper products (tissues) made from recycled paper
