I came in for a bleach retouch and a haircut. I had previously done my own hair platinum blonde at home. It just takes me so long I thought it would be better to have someone else do it. I usually only come in for haircuts every now and then. The haircut was good and was done last. I came in at 12:15 and left at 5:22. I had a ton of students and instructors that worked on my hair to do my bleach retouch. I was disappointed that the lift they gave me wasn't enough for any amount of toner to fix. I will have to do my own roots myself now again at home. The roots were just left too orangish/yellow in color, like a light peachy color once it finally dried a couple of hours after leaving the salon. They said it would look better dry and it doesn't. My roots clearly need to be bleached again. I'm really sad that I have to still end up retouching my own roots with bleach & toner from Sally's Beauty Supply, making it even more expensive to get my roots done after already spending over $100 here. But I only trust myself at this point. I really don't have time for another 5 hour service just to retouch my roots and I live almost 1 hour away now. So coming back to have it fixed just isn't an option. I wish I would have just gotten the haircut and did my own bleach job at home. The haircuts are always pretty good. This is the first and last time I come in for anything to do with color or anything besides a haircut. The 2 stars is for how kind they were, I just wish they knew how to bleach my roots.

Had pedicure dont recommend. No chair, No proper equipment to work on your feet. Also had hair mask. They rinsed it out and that was it, didn't even comb my hair. The girl that helped me with super sweet.
