ABOUT US

At Carolina College of Hair Design, we provide our students with the opportunity to explore the beauty culture and help prepare them to become professionals in the cosmetology industries. To do so, we have a 20-person maximum for our classes, which provides students with the opportunity for personal, one-on-one and hands-on instruction.

Our school provides students with a learning environment that consists of both theory classrooms and a clinic to aid them in mastering their understanding and skills of hair and skin care. Theory classrooms consist of a variety of visual aids such as videotape presentations and hands-on demonstrations, while our clinic allows students to use the techniques they have learned in the classroom during practical experience on clientele. Services are performed under the supervision of one of our licensed instructors.

We provide the knowledge base students need to prepare for the state board exam, such as the science of professional hair care, composition of the skin and hair techniques that include coloring and permanent waving. In as little as 50 weeks, you can be on your way to your new career as a licensed cosmetologist!
