in design, cutting, coloring, multi-cultural
techniques, and more. We mentor future professionals
in attitude, retailing, personal appearance
and offer business development classes.
Cosmetology (Hairdressing)
If your goal is to be an accomplished professional,
welcome to our school. Cosmetologists today
have industry potential that is truly unlimited.
They can be found in every aspect of the
beauty and spa industry; doing hair services,
nails, facials and make-up.
Nail Technology
(Manicuring)
 At
CSBA we will prepare you for a career in
the growing field of Nail Technology. Our
curriculum assists you in achieving your
goals by preparing you both practically
and theoretically in a professional environment.
Everything from full sets of sculptured
nails, fills, tips and wraps to basic manicure,
pedicure, sanitation and sterilization is
carefully and methodically taught.
Skin Care (Esthetics)
In an age of specialization, the esthetician
plays a crucial role in the cast of Salons,
Day Spas, and Skin Care Clinics. As a licensed
Esthetician, your skills as a make-up artist
and skin care specialist are in demand in
a world where "pampering" is no longer a
luxury enjoyed by the privileged few but
a necessity.
The curriculum guides you through many types
of facials, hair removal (waxing / tweezing)
and of course professional make-up design
and application.
Master Instructor
Training
Ready to take your career to the next level?
The beauty industry needs qualified, highly
skilled teachers. Central State Beauty Academy
is the perfect place to advance into the
rewarding career of teaching.
You will learn principles and methods of
integrating cosmetology theory into technical
skills to prepare basic cosmetology, manicure,
and esthetician students for their own successful
careers. Your program will include:

- Administrative / Industry Regulations

If you are a licensed professional have
worked in the field for at least two years
preceding your application to CSBA's Master
Instructor program you will only have to
complete 17 credit hours to take your Instructor
exam.
For students who have not worked in the
field for at least two years preceding your
application to CSBA's Master Instructor
program you will need to complete 34 credit
hours to take your Instructor exam.
We offer schedules that are compatible with
the busy salon professional's career demands.
Financial Aid
We understand the financial commitment that
can come with obtaining a quality education.
CSBA offers federal Title IV financial aid
for all qualified students. In addition
to federally funded financial aid, CSBA
students may qualify for financial assistance
through the following programs:
- Sallie Mae Financial Services
- Veterans Affairs / GI Bill
- United Indian Urban Council
- Oklahoma Department of Vocational Rehabilitation
- Other state and local agencies
You may discuss these options with one
of our admissions advisors.
We are available to assist you in the financial
aid process between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 5:30 p.m. (Central Time) Monday through
Friday.

While the school can not guarantee employment
to its students we maintain a current list
of employers who are eager to hire a graduate
from CSBA.
Students may register for lifetime employment
assistance, which will consist of identifying
employment opportunities and advisement
on appropriate means to realize these opportunities.
