The students and staff were wonderful, very friendly and interactive with myself and my 2 children. Amy was blessing the whole time, she worked hard to find the prefect shade of pink for my 9 year old. When my 7 year old realized she wasn’t getting colored hair she was upset and Amy took her to get a snack out of the vending machine. We had a great experience!

My wife came there for her hair to be colored and it took 5 hours. Arrived at 9am until 2 pm. For hair coloring. After they messed her hair up she was completely emotional and embarrassed. Later, After the institute told her she can come back and get it corrected. They then started to call her a liar and played the victim and told her they never said that too her. If your student can't own up to the mistake they made then why even waste time teaching them. I recommend anyone reading this. Do not go here for hair color, hair cut. Not knocking all the students their but. Highly recommend going to a actual salon and paying the extra money form someone with actual experience. Even when they mess up they have the common courtsey to own up to it and correct it. Obviously that is not taught here.
