DSI's Basic Aesthetics program features 600 hours of training

Our Basic Aesthetics program is designed to take you from novice to professional. Topics covered include:

• Applied sciences
• Body and other treatments
• Eyelash perming
• Eyelash tinting
• First Aid & CPR training
• General sciences
• Hair removal
• Laws and regulations
• Makeup
• Orientation and business topics
• Skin care

We also offer a Masters Aesthetics program, as well as elective courses, designed for salon owners and professional estheticians. Topics include massage, chemical peels, chemistry and product ingredients.

Flexible scheduling and tri-state licensing

There are two other advantages to choosing DSI for your aesthetics training. Courses are offered on a flexible schedule, so you can fit them into your personal schedule. Also, upon graduation, you can be ready to take the state board exams that certify you to practice aesthetics in three states.
