Thank you DDBS For the wonderful friendly time at your school. When I came into the atmosphere, it was amazing like I was full speed ready to learn. I love that the owner, Miss Marlene was there for each, and everyone of her students making sure no one was left behind. The staff’s was good always on point making sure we learned everything we needed to. As a graduate student from this wonderful school, I must say that I had a wonderful time and experience here. The teachers as well as the owner is very hands on. They will help you if you need it and will be there every step of the way. They help you with job placement as well as state board training. If I was able to go back in time and do it all over again I would most definitely take that chance. I encourage everyone that’s interested in cosmetology and esthetics to really take a great look at this school. It’s really worth it. Thank you to all my teacher, Ms brooks, and Ms Roxy. I attended this school due to extra training this school offered. No other schools offered Hydrafacial and lash extensions! Getting this training I felt would help me become more marketable for the real world. I enjoyed the instructors. They were amazing and worked real hard with you and any questions you had they were open to answer and help. This school did a great job accepting each unique individual as well. I would high recommend this school

Dymond Designs Beauty School in downtown Detroit is a minority- and woman-owned business that offers students coaching, peer counseling, career development, and job placement services in addition to training.

The cosmetology program includes 1,500 hours, or 12 to 18 months, of comprehensive hair, skin, nail care, and salon management training.
The esthetics and manicuring programs are 400 hours each, which may take four to six months to complete. The instructor esthetics program is a Certificate of Completion course comprised of 300 hours of training in career education for those teaching beauty and wellness.
