Ahhhh... Had a spa facial and haircut by Samantha. Wonderful and relaxing. I walked in and realized that I had erred and called the other location for my appointment. The desk was very professional and said they could definitely do both services and would just need a few minutes to set up. The facial was relaxing and they use potions that are gentle on my skin. This won't replace the salon facial under the bright light, but definitely a nice, relaxing, fearless experience. I had a bad haircut in one of the chain stores and Samantha, with her instructor, was able to correct it. She made a minor mistake at the end when she cut the top instead of leaving it as is. Doesn't take away from my 5 star rating

After not having a great experience last year, I came across the reviews following what appears to be new management and decided to give them another try. I am so incredibly glad I did. I have been coming here every week almost for my appointments and have always had a positive experience. The one time I did have a hiccup with my hair, they corrected it promptly. The teaching team is attentive and stops by regularly to make sure your hair is the way you like it. Cindy, Ms. Valerie, Tashi, and others have been incredible to work with. I always get compliments after getting my hair done here and the team uses high quality products. On the education side, I had the pleasure of witnessing the graduation of one of the ladies from the program while I was waiting for my appointment. The support and speeches from not only the teachers but from the students as well were so moving and uplifting. You can tell the students here want to learn and support one another. I have since recommended several folks to this location due to the professionalism and care for their customers and their students. I also appreciate the flexibility for later appointments after the workday. Can’t recommend this location enough.

Celeste did a phenomenal job on my hair! She and her instructor gave great recommendations for helping my hair look fuller, and the final look was more than I had hoped for. Everyone was so kind and provided excellent customer service.
