Eric Fisher Academy (EFA) is a state of the art facility designed with your success in mind. Its fun, hands on from day one and all about YOU! Created by an industry innovator, salon owner and Aquage platform artist Eric Fisher, EFA's curriculum is immediately usable training that top salons and spas demand. At EFA, we want you to love your job so we have set our standards high so you will succeed. Eric Fisher Academy is a Sassoon Connection Member School, a Dermalogica Partner School, a Mac Makeup Affiliated School and we teach our students the in depth business training Nuts and Bolts. We use top of the line products including L'Oreal Professional Color, Aquage, Dermalogica, Glo and Mirabella Makeup.

Cosmetology

Through our extensive Cosmetology program, you will:

• Receive the highest technical training with the world renowned ABC Cutting Hair the Sassoon Way - a hair cutting and finishing system. Sassoon has been on the forefront of quality education for over 50 years.
• Master Advanced Coloring Techniques
• Develop progressive makeup artistry
• Experience a jam packed student salon floor, servicing hundreds of clients a week, for real world hands on experience
• Attend demonstrations with renowned celebrity stylists such as Sally Rogerson, Michael Baker, Oscar Bond, Edward Tietel and Shawna Parvin.
• Learn to market yourself, retain clients and retailing with the Nuts and Bolts ProGrow Business Training
• Collaborate to produce a runway show creating the hair, makeup, show design and theme.
• Participate in a photo shoot working with photographer Eric Fisher. Create an editorial look by choosing the model, makeup, hair design and overall look.
• Extensively prepare for the State Board Exam

Our Cosmetology program consists of four phases:

• Launch
• Fresh Talent
• Salon Life
• Thrive

Each phase lasts 10 weeks in which you will gain the foundation you need to start your rewarding career. Become a stylist in a booming salon; work backstage at fashion shows and photo shoots; be a celebrity stylist; a creative director of a product line; do print work for magazines and websites; work on a cruise ship; teach. Esthetics (Skin Care)

Through our extensive Esthetics program, you will:

• Master advanced skin care techniques and body treatments using top of the line products
• Develop progressive makeup artistry
• Experience a jam packed student spa, servicing hundreds of clients a week, for real world hands on experience
• Attend an exclusive workshop at the Dermal Institute in Dallas
• Learn to market yourself, retain clients and retailing with the Nuts and Bolts ProGrow Business Training
• Receive in-house training and observe demonstrations with Dermalogica and Glo Educators
• Extensively prepare for the State Board Exam
• Participate in a photo shoot working with photographer Eric Fisher. Create an editorial look by choosing the model, makeup and overall look.
• Collaborate to produce a runway show creating the makeup, show design and theme.

Our Esthetics/ Skin Care program consists of three phases:

• Skin Sense
• Skintelligence
• Specialist

Each phase lasts 10 weeks, and you will gain the skills that are necessary for a great, new career in skin care! Become a makeup artist for celebrities, theaters, magazines, fashion shows; work in an exclusive spa; be a spa owner; a skin care specialist; a medical esthetician; a cosmetic chemist.
