The European Academy of Cosmetology & Hairdressing (TEACH) brings world-class education and training to Connecticut. Located in a state-of-the-art facility, and staffed by masters in their field. TEACH is Nationally Accredited and offers Financial Student Aid, for those who qualified. You will gain a comprehensive, progressive education in the basics of hairdressing and cosmetology, with additional training in salon management.

Why We Are Here

TEACH students will benefit from the substantial experience and expertise of academy founders Christopher J. Rollins, owner of the popular and successful Christopher's Salon & Day Spa in Guilford, and Michael Criscuolo, third generation Stylists.  Michael is the Academy Director, as well as, Christopher's Salon Director. Together they created the Academy to provide students with an advanced training from educators from top names in the industry. More important, they hope to pass along the keys to their own success - knowledge, a mastery of the basics and a desire to stay ahead of the competition with new skills and training in the latest styles, products and services.

What You'll Learn

The course of study includes classroom education and hands-on-training. Classes, taken either full or part-time, prepare students to apply for a Connecticut license in Hairdressing, Cosmetology and Barbering. At 100% Licensure Rate, you will receive the highest quality of education.

All of our Educators receive advanced training from LOREAL, Goldwell and TIGI, known not only for their excellent products but also for their excellent education programs. The Academy is pleased to offer students the benefits of this training, access to cutting-edge techniques and only top shelf products.

The curriculum includes advanced education courses in motivation, computers and business management. TEACH also will provide students with tips and some support for their job search and has assisted 91% of there stylist in the career of cosmetology
