Would definitely recommend, at least for basic services. I went for a massage and a facial and loved it! The staff and students are very professional. The only “con” is that it is a classroom environment — you are always behind a curtain for privacy, but the background noise is a little distracting and it could be intimidating for people who get nervous around others.

As a gift, my dear friend gifted my daughter and me with a gel pedicure at HI. Our nail techs (in training) M & T were patient and thorough. My daughter liked going there because they changed the setup to fit, in her words, "a small person". We had a lovely time and look forward to returning soon!
