I truly don’t understand how this place is still open. My client went for a press and manicure. The owner Mr. Ciño (heard them say his name) came walking in and I knew then that’s why the place looked like that. They begged him to turn the heat up or see if there’s a pro he laughed and walked out smh. I took several pictures it’s so nasty nasty and it’s not the teachers it’s the lack of owners care he’s pocketing all the money and not putting anything back into the school Steven DiVincenzo needs to be ashamed of himself.
