Educational Goals
and Objectives
Kenneth Shuler's School of Cosmetology,
Inc. goals are to educate cosmetologists
and/or manicurists with all the skills and
training necessary to enter the field of
cosmetology and/or manicuring. We have also
set a goal in training student instructors
to become highly skilled professionals to
teach cosmetology or its related fields.
Upon acceptance of our students, we take
the responsibility to help them be the best
they can be.
Our goal is for all our students to pass
the State Board Examination, to become professional
licensed cosmetologists, manicurists, and
instructors and to create a positive difference
in our profession.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to educate the best cosmetologists,
nail technicians, and instructors in our
industry, who will, with enthusiasm and
inspiration, become the new leaders in our
profession.
Programs Offered
Cosmetology
Cosmetology can be a very rewarding field
- both in personal satisfaction and in potential
earnings. Personal satisfaction is gained
from knowing you have changed a person's
appearance and helped him or her feel better
as well as look better. Cosmetology has
many specialty fields - nail technician,
esthetician (skin care), makeup artist,
hair stylist, colorist, chemical permanent
wave and straightening specialist, salon
managers, and teachers. Discover how cosmetology

Nail
Technology
Nail Technology is not just manicures and
pedicures. It is now an outlet for artistic
expression. Our Nail Technology program
provides you with the education that you
need to be successful when you enter the
workforce. Nail art is the fastest growing
trend in nail technology. Don't wait any
longer to explore your creativity and to
begin your new career.
Instructor Training
This course is designed to teach licensed
professionals how to teach students. Although
a person may know how to perform a styling
technique, it takes much more knowledge
to teach someone how to do the same styling
technique. This course will develop your
teaching strategies as well as give you
insight on how to teach successful students.

Accreditation,
Licensing, and Affiliations
Students who graduate from Kenneth Shuler's
School of Cosmetology are eligible for licensure
in both Georgia and South Carolina.
Kenneth Shuler's Schools are accredited
by the National Accrediting Commission of
Cosmetology Arts & Sciences (NACCAS).
These institutions are licensed by the South
Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing
and Regulations Board of Cosmetology.
