Professional Make-up Artistry
Academy of Makeup & Fashion is Los Angeles' premier professional school of makeup and is dedicated to excellence through education combining theory, demonstrations and hands-on training for entry level and advanced courses in the artistry of makeup.

We do not offer cosmetology, esthetics, or nail technology. Only make-up artist training.

You will be prepared for your new career in all aspects of salon and counter beauty, beautiful brides and a specialty in Media makeup. We photograph your models with your great makeup and styled hair, wardrobe and accessories to start your professional portfolio that opens doors. We are committed with full support from your first lesson into your career-and more! We have open door policy after graduation! You may come to the studio to practice and photograph your model to continue your portfolio. This makes us unique!

Beauty Basics to Beautiful Brides: Course Objective
A professional working knowledge of makeup application. This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of applying makeup and give you the confidence to become a true artist! It is amazing how much there is to the application of makeup on another person! You will learn everything you need to know to be able to do a beautiful makeup scientifically. In addition to the aspiring professional makeup artist, it is useful for models and actors, for beauty sales consultants, for hairstylists and beauticians, for photographers as well as for the individual that desires a very thorough knowledge of makeup selection and application for personal use.

Advanced Professional Photography & Media: Course Objective
This course is designed for those who wish to acquire the knowledge and training to work as freelance, union or agency represented fashion makeup artists. The objective of this course is to develop the artist's skills in the full spectrum of the beauty industry and media makeup and be hired to work with Actors, Models, Rock Groups to Politicians!
