This is an amazing college to attend! The professors are great and so are the staff! The campus itself is beautiful, blooming with life. I've been attending for 2 years now and I'm excited to continue my education here. The financial aid and student service center is especially nice, the staff and faculty are very kind and helpful to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend attending this college, it's a great place to meet smiling faces!

The online bookstore is terrible. No one can assist you on weekdays over the phone for your oder at the time of ordering books. You have to leave message wait for hours for a call back. A manager/ Supervisor leaves before 4pm. During start of school not many hired to take on the high volume of students ordering books. You will click on used book get new book, or click on new book and you get a used book in your cart not knowing till you bought books. I and others not returning back to LSC for this reason. You spend over $500 in books and didnt get what you checked out. No one to answer questions before 4pm on a week day when pressing optipn to speak to a person. Only free shipping or standard shipping to get books on 1-25-24 no later than 2-2-24 if ordered on 1-19-24. I keep calling at 12pm to 2pm pressing all options tp get a person the phpne to talk to. No one pick up phone call just hangs up, or you can leave a message to return call. So many hours later, a female called back after 4pm. Supervisor/ manager already gone for day had no way to reach supervisor tp get help. The online book store is a stanking hot mess. A big turn off to not come to school at Lone Star College. After this semester 2024 Spring I am not returning back. I wish it was an option for zero stars.

They don’t give financial aid money unless you have higher GPA or enough credit hours no help for me at all awful school. The lady from the financial office “have to pay your classes out of your pocket” bad disruptive woman no help at all. No help with cover up payment with your classes or FAFSA 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻, I applied for scholarships an no respond form this school, I see this school as lower community college. I recommend not going to this school they take your time, money depending if you receive financial aid or not. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
