Unprofessional, inconsiderate, disappointing…must I go on? I scheduled a 7pm tour. I received a confirmation at the time that it was scheduled and on the day of the tour. On the day of the tour, it was raining, and I live 30 minutes away, so I left my house in enough time to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the tour was scheduled to start. I ended up arriving at 630pm. I noticed that the school was closed so I called their contact number. The lady stated that she would be there at 7pm. I ended up waiting until 720pm. I called the number again, but no answer, so I left a voicemail. On my way home, I received many calls and text messages from the lady. I neither accepted nor responded to any of them. I planned ahead considering the distance that I live from the school and the fact that it was raining. Why didn’t she do the same? This experience was definitely a sign that the school has opportunities for growth in many areas. I will pass on it because my time will be respected.

Great place me and my girlfriend went there to get a haircut and and a washing. The place was clean the staff was nice. The student who worked on us was very professional and well taught with the teacher was there along the way to aid her at anytime. They were very informative and I learned a lot about my hair. I cannot wait to go back and get color.

I was scheduled for an 11 am appointment. Website and signage states they are open from 10-7 on Sundays. This particular day this was completely inaccurate....
