I am not normally a person to leave a review. However, I am very disappointed with my service. This was my first appointment at this hair academy. I showed up 10 minutes early to my appt only to wait 40 minutes. The person I was scheduled with did not show up. I am very thankful for the person who was able to service me. She was very kind and helpful. However, the last lift did not work whatsoever. I would also like to mention I was not charged for it. You have some good students at this academy. However, it is also clear there is a lack in accountability, organization, and results. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I’m a student at Mitsu Sato and I absolutely love the environment. Rosanna and Mitsu are so full of information and the staff is all friendly, considerate, and informative. It is totally a vibe. I am glad that I chose the school! No.

I made an appointment for a facial with extractions (for my daughter whose dermatologist recommended it). Was told that was no problem. Appointment was at 2:00. Apparently all the students up and left. No one even said anything . They finally found someone an hour later (and I only stayed because it’s about 45 minutes from me) and during the facial the gal didn’t bring her own tools so had to borrow from the instructor. She couldn’t do the extraction, which is what we had come in for. They didn’t end up charging anything, but I wasted a whole afternoon and they couldn’t even perform what was needed. They asked if I’d like someone to call about my experience, I said yes! Definitely. No one has reached out. 0/10 recommend this place for a facial at least! Also, while in there, another student was talking on the phone loudly about someone at her ring camera with her kids babysitting person. Totally unprofessional in a place that’s supposed to be relaxing.
