Programs Offered
Cosmetology
If you have an interest in hair, skin, nails
and making people look and feel beautiful
- then cosmetology is for you. At New England
Hair Academy you will learn the skills needed
to begin a successful career in the hair
and beauty industry. Our Cosmetology Program
will train you in hair design, highlights,
perms, manicures, salon management and more.
Our students will be prepared to take the
State Exam for cosmetology and we will assist
them in obtaining employment in a salon
or day spa. We also offer a shorter cosmetology
program for licensed barbers who wish to
pursue a cosmetology license.
 Barbering
Barbering and hair styling are some of the
most exciting professions these days! New
England Hair Academy's Barber Styling Program
is designed to prepare you for a rewarding
and creative career with many options to
choose from. You will learn everything from
clipper cuts to shaves to hair coloring.
Our students will be prepared to pass the
apprentice exam required by the Massachusetts
Board of Barbering. We also offer a shorter
barber styling program for licensed cosmetologists.
Manicuring
New England Hair Academy offers a Manicuring
Program that is designed to train serious
students to work as nail technicians in
various settings. Salons, spas, and nail
salons are always expanding and hiring successful
graduates. Our students learn the professional
qualifications necessary to pass the Massachusetts
State Board Exam. Our ultimate goal is to
create highly trained, professional nail
technicians for this growing, fun, and profitable
industry.
Financial Aid
New England Hair Academy has payment plans
and Financial Assistance if you qualify.
Financial aid is subject to the availability
of funds. Financial aid comes in a variety
of different forms, including:
- Grants
- Scholarships
- Student Loans
Your eligibility for these programs is
determined from the results of a financial
aid application. Be assured that the Financial
Aid Office will assist you with every detail
of the application.
