Ogle School of Hair, Skin, and Nails was founded in 1973 by Shelton Ogle. The schools are division of Shelton Ogle Enterprise, L.P.

The Ogle Schools have spent years developing a unique, comprehensive approach to Cosmetology Education. Their methods are designed to guide the student from the first day of school to success as a working professional.

Our goal is to conduct our schools in a manner which establishes skills and confidence in the professional field of Cosmetology, prepares students to earn top incomes and develops attitudes which will promote success.

Locations
The Ogle School of Hair, Skin, and Nails has five locations in Texas. They are located in Arlington, Hurst, Fort Worth, Dallas and North Dallas.

Programs at Ogle
Cosmetology
We offer both Day and Evening cosmetology programs. Our cosmetology course incorporates extensive hands-on learning to provide you a complete understanding of beauty and wellness. Upon completion, you'll be prepared for a career as a hair stylist or technician, makeup artist or as a salon owner. Your cosmetology training will include:

  1. Theory knowledge, the foundation of your education
  2. Practical experience, the application of your knowledge
  3. Professional business-building skills, vital for your success

Esthetology
A specialty course focusing on skin care and makeup. The objective is to train the graduate for work as an Esthetician Skin Care Specialist, Facialist, Skin Care Salon Manager or Salon Owner.

Learn the fundamentals as you study the related sciences of anatomy and histology, along with state safety requirements. Combining theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, this unit puts you on your way to a career in skin care.


Student Instructor

This is a specialty course focusing on training a licensed cosmetologist to become an instructor. A study of the principles of teaching both manual skills and theory skills.. Upon completion of this course, the student instructor shall have demonstrated competencies required to pass the State Board Examination.

Students wishing to apply for financial assistance may do so by scheduling an appointment with the Admissions Department upon enrollment. .
