Went and had a service done that has been done at home many times before with no problems. A few days later hair start coming out in patches called business only received sorry it was not done intentionally. Had to seek other professional Dermatology Medical help had to cut shoulder length hair all because of this place and the service is that was provided. I have done my hair at home many years and was at shoulder length hair now it's way Beyond the neck length. Of course I believe it was intentionally buy some of the that works there made report to Texas professional cosmetology department you ask for a review and this is what it is.

Young lady tried but cut too short on one side in back, can tell she was right handed and kept cutting on one side, and cut some off top I didn't want, asked her to use trimmer only but now have cut marks in back of neck and left heir on my neck, will some how trim them off myself, never had that happen before. Supervisor said it looked Good really?
