Update: I gave them 5 stars before but... I have been trying to make appointment for 1 week now. Every time to called it went to voice mail and tell me to leave a message. I left a message but never get a call back(over a week). I always come here for my haircut. They always have availability for me even very last minute. I got good cut most of the time. Vanessa is an excellent instructor she is very knowledgeable and make sure her students get good instruction and clients get what they wanted.

The service that I was getting was great. The reason for my 1 star: I had been going here for close to a year. I found a student I really liked. I was booking a new appointment after each session with her. I booked an appointment 6 weeks out. The day of my appointment they called and canceled. I rebooked a week later. Same thing happened. This happened 4 times all for the same 1 appointment. Now it’s 4 weeks past my 6 weeks rebook. Also, they are no longer taking appointments after 3pm. So people that work 9-5 have to find a new place to go since they don’t have nights or weekends anymore. They might be cheap. But not worth the hassle of being canceled on same day or even 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. Unprofessional. Won’t be back even though I did enjoy getting my hair done. But if they can’t keep me on their schedule not worth the headache.
