Dirty, unkept, drab, cave like atmosphere, and everybody looks like they rolled out of bed, threw on whatever and showed up. Horrible!! Appearance at a school of this type/industry says everything to me! I made an appointment, showed up on time, nobody in lobby area, and I was not helped for 35 minutes!! Then two different students soaked off my acrylic nails. I was irritated by this time. I use a walker, I'm recovering from a broken back, sitting for long periods of time is really hard on me. Two and half hours later, I was DONE, on every level! $12 ...NOT WORTH IT!! I was thinking the whole time, you get what you pay for. This is not the Phagans I Remer from 40 years ago, ABSOLUTELY needs an overhaul on EVERY LEVEL!!!
