The students are sweet, the teachers are not. I don’t think they enjoy teaching all day nor taking clients. I walked in around 3:40 for a hydrafacial, the certified students were gone for the day so I had a lovely young lady assist me saying she can do a regular 60 minute facial. Well she goes to the room to prepare for me and one of the instructors said “I was just standing out there on my iPad” (I am a life insurance agent and do not have a crystal ball and know when clients are going to call me) and that I would have to return in the morning or get a half hour service. I agreed to the half hour service at a half hour price. She says I can give you a certificate for the half, I never got my certificate. Regardless, I will return if I book an appointment or speak to the ladies that service but although the teachers say you can walk in, don’t bother. The teachers have to bolt out the door by 4:55pm and they make that their priority instead of being customer friendly.

This was my first time trying this location and omg they did not disappoint. All the students were kind and very good at what they done. I think the girl that did my hair was Emma? She was so gentle while still being so thorough. She made my dull boring brown hair into a nice beautiful blonde ombre.i never felt so confident with this hair but she did just that. There was another student Tori I think that helped her alittld to make sure of some things. And then you had the teachers I think the one was Lauren. Well either way they all did such a wonderful jobm I wil laurels come back to this place to do my hair. They may be students but I think they did a better job then most more experienced stylists. Thanks so much for letting me try this wonderful kind place!! I highly recommend!!

i’ve gone here before and it was a meh, but this time the lady at the front desk was actually such a condescending jerk, she was so unbelievably rude that I walked out and went to the other salon in north olmstead, go there instead it’s a lot better of an experience!!
