Welcome
Remington College
At every Remington College campus,
we provide training with an emphasis on
teaching the specific job-related skills
that employers look for when they make hiring
decisions. Students at Remington College
learn not just by reading textbooks and
other study materials, and not just by listening
to instructors lecture, but also by "doing."
This combination of traditional teaching
methods and practical classroom experience
provides an opportunity for students to
gain a much more personal understanding
of their area of study because its not just
theory - it is also a real-world application.
This fundamental philosophy toward learning
can be summarized by Remington College's
motto: "Real Skills for the Real World."
Because that's what our students have, the
opportunity to learn.
As a practical matter, Remington College
seeks to accomplish this goal by striving
to:
- Graduate a high percentage of students
who enter our career training programs,
and
- Help graduating students achieve relevant
entry-level employment in their chosen
field at the highest available starting
salary.
Remington Colleges' programs are designed
to be academically sound and relevant to
the needs of both students and employers.
Programs of study are developed only in
areas that are expected to have high demand
for skilled workers in the coming years.
All Remington College campuses are nationally
accredited and our faculties meet or exceed
the standards set by the various federal
and state regulators who are responsible
for monitoring the performance of providers
of private education.
Assistance with admissions, financial aid
and financial assistance, as well as student
services are offered at all campuses.
Fort Worth Campus
The principal objective of Remington College
- Fort Worth Campus is to provide career
training that will prepare graduates for
relevant entry-level employment opportunities.
The Fort Worth Campus is active in the local
community and maintains membership in both
the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the
Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
We offer a variety of class schedules to
help accommodate students in today's busy
society. At Remington College, students
enjoy smaller classroom settings, which
allow for better student-teacher interaction.
The college employs industry-experienced
instructors who are able to bring real-world
situations into the classroom environment.
Remington College - Fort Worth Campus strives
to equip students with strong technical
and social skills necessary to be successful
in the workplace today. We work with local
Advisory Board Members, comprised of active
area employers, to promote career opportunities
for graduates. Additionally, the Career
Services Department conducts job fairs on
campus several times each year to develop
strong working relationships with local
employers. Students are even offered the
opportunity to interview and discuss their
career options with potential employers
while still attending classes at the campus.
