Frequently
Asked Questions How long does the program
take? Our foundation program is based on Wisconsin
State standards requiring 450 hours of training.
We have created an intensive program that
takes about 60 class days, or not less than
11 weeks. If you would like to elect our
weekend training program, in about 30 weekends
you can be on your way to a lucrative new
career! You can take up to 7 months to complete
the distance learning program if you are
not seeking Wisconsin licensure, other longer
time limits may apply. We happily design
custom programs for students from any state
to help them meet their individual licensing
requirements. How big are the classes? To preserve the integrity of the educational
program we have a limit of just five students
per session. We strive to help each student
become a superior electrologist, not just
an acceptable one. As many of our students
have little to no background in electrology,
and some have been out of school for many
years, we ensure that each student receives
the utmost amount of personal attention
from our staff. Who actually teaches the classes? All classes are taught by Dr. Bennett. Dr.
Bennett Ph.D, RE, CPE, is a Registered Electrologist,
Certified Professional Electrologist, Licensed
Electrology Instructor, Licensed Teacher
and Administrator in Wisconsin. She has
created this program to train electrologists,
that are business savvy and technically
superior. Our instructor is a trained educator,
not just an experienced electrologist ensuring
you more effective
relevant training with less busy
work. What are the entrance requirements?
Applicants must have a high school diploma
or GED. They must be at least 18 years of
age and must not have been convicted of
a felony related to the profession. We would
add that successful students are mature,
self-motivating, and have excellent study
skills. Do you offer any types of financial aid? We do participate in the ACE GRANT program.
We do accept credit cards and your company
maybe able to offer you special financing
for a lump sum amount. Contact their customer
service to inquire. We also offer several
affordable payment plans.
