A Success School is a unique place. Men and women from all walks of life will be inspired as they enjoy learning the art of barbering utilizing our complementary methods:

• Theory through classroom training
• Practical through hands-on exercises

These two types of training offer beginners an opportunity to realize their creative strengths and apply them fully to understanding the art of barbering. Our philosophy is that if we can provide you with a calm, comfortable place to learn, there's nothing standing in the way of you becoming your best.

Success Schools features a full-service hair salon that allows all of our students plenty of practice time with the techniques and skills they learn in the classroom. Our schools have a steady supply of customers so you can develop haircutting skills in months, not years.

After participating in classroom discussions on hair care theory, style and technique, the remainder of our students' day is in our open clinic. It is a large shop that features plenty of customers and a dynamic energy that puts you right in the rhythm and flow of a salon atmosphere. You're allowed plenty of time to practice grooming techniques on paying customers.

Our classroom sections feature lots of discussions, quizzes and a final written exam that mimics the state licensing exam. Our school has a history of success and we're proud of it. Success Schools has a 100% pass rate on the state board examination for all of our graduates. Although we can't guarantee employment success for all of our graduates, we feature a job placement service as a courtesy for our students.

Course Scheduling

We offer two different programs for our barbering school students:

• Full-time - day and evening schedules are available
• Part-time - day and evening schedules are available

Our instructors allow you to build your own schedule as long as you participate in the lecture and practical portions of the class each week.
