I had visited this school in April 4th and received a coupon for 40 dollars off a hair service for visiting. I come back in April 8th because I have black hair and wanted highlights. I did dye my hair black myself so I did miss a couple pieces so there was a bit of blonde and brown pieces in my black hair. I had wanted light blue highlights with the black hair. I get there and they tell me they can not do the blue highlights due to it not being fully colored black. I have been to multiple salons and I’ve never heard a person tell me they couldn’t manage doing what I wanted to my hair. Anyone who knows about hair should be able to manage any kind of hair despite the condition. If you don’t know how to do certain things with hair despite its condition I don’t think you are ready to be a stylist. That’s my opinion. Keep in mind after they told me they couldn't do it I asked if they can fix the patches they said weren’t black then. They put Demi black in my hair not even permanent dye it will wash out eventually. So I payed to fix the “patches” when in all reality they are just going to come back after the Demi is eventually washed out. I walked in with black hair and walked out looking exactly the same. It’s ridiculous. I’ve asked multiple people if they see a difference and they have all said no. I get they are students but I don’t believe some of the students have been taught properly how to dye hair no matter the condition. I could’ve went to an actual salon and they would have done it no problem. Also instead of just fixing the spots where it was “patched” they dyed my whole head. I got there for my appointment at 11 left at almost 3. When my hair was almost completely black. Not to mention as well the student who dyed my hair wasn’t great at washing it out she got water in my ear multiple times, down my face and down my shirt through the cover they put on you i even got water in my shoes. I was thinking about becoming a part of this school and learning here that’s a main key on why I went to test out the service and based on what I had seen I am 100% good on attending this school or ever coming here again to dye my hair.

Today I went in for a 30 minute facial and haircut. I arrived early enough to take advantage of a quick chair massage that was amazing. Olivia did my facial. Relaxing and love the glow on my face. Rosie did my haircut. I wanted to balance it from my previous cut. Gave me a few layers. Today was a great day for a haircut and was very pleased with my cut. She did an amazing job. I’m going back for a repair treatment for my hair. Looking forward to it.

Lolly was exceptional! I booked a haircut and simple style. After showing Lolly the picture of what I wanted, she immediately spoke with the supervising instructors to ensure she knew how to cut the style I was asking for. Instructors periodically stopped by to check on the process, praising the stylist, as well as instructing. This is the first time I have shown a stylist an image of what I wanted, and got just what I asked for. I will return for future appointments.
