Over 40 years, Bruno Mascolo and his brothers Toni, Guy and Anthony have built the TONI&GUY name into a powerful brand, with recognition and presence throughout the world. TONI&GUY culture combines the allure of high fashion with hairdressing, adapting couture styles to the individual tastes and preferences of each client. More than just classrooms and techniques, the sleek design and progressive curriculum of TONI&GUY academy immerses students in a unique environment and provides an exceptional learning experience.

Combining our distinct approaches to hairdressing and education, TONI&GUY has established learning facilities that produce talented and well-trained hairdressers and color technicians for salons across North America. Our academies bring the quality and consistency to hairdressing education that make TONI&GUY legendary in the salon industry.

Situated on Lake Erie's south shore, in the hub of three major metropolitan areas - Buffalo, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh -- the Erie Academy uniquely blends big city benefits with small town atmosphere, yet provides easy access to so much more! We offer Cosmetology Operator, Cosmetology Teacher and Manicurist programs. Our unique location is filled with clients from the busy business district of historic downtown Erie. With our adjoining massage therapy school, you get the feel of an up-scale spa. This atmosphere really gives you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills.

Our Program
Our program is designed to give you all the necessary tools to step into the hairdressing industry with confidence and ease. In addition to technical skills, we teach students how to think on their feet, paving the way for a successful, lifelong career. TONI&GUY Academy instructors have integrated years of professional education and development with state guidelines and procedures, to cultivate the ultimate in hairdressing education.

The TONI&GUY Experience
As a student at TONI&GUY Academy, you will be exposed to much more than your typical coursework. With a hands-on atmosphere, we have developed a variety of venues through which you can get involved and express their creativity.

Annual Photographic Awards
Students have the opportunity to enter their work into the prestigious TONI&GUY Photographic Awards contest, which culminates at the industry renowned annual TONI&GUY hair show, attended by several thousand students and stylists from across the country.

A TONI&GUY education gives you the foundation to take your career wherever you want to go - literally. Become a platform artist and travel internationally, build a superstar portfolio, or set the next trend. Financial Aid
The TONI&GUY Erie Hairdressing Academy is operated by Great Lakes Institute of Technology, and is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) and by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT). Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.
