I reached out to this school via telephone. My phone call was sent to voicemail with an automatic text indicating to send a text. Although I don’t believe in conducting business via text I understand that “times has changed” and this is the new norm regarding how people conduct business/communicate. I sent a text message inquiring about enrollment. No response. I am leaving a review as I see another review has been posted due to lack of communication. I think it’s important for people especially “youth” to pay attention to the red flags/inconsistencies of a business when investing your money, time and education. Typically, responses such as, indicated above sets a “tone” regarding the type of experience/education you will receive.

All natural called for morning appointment time 10:00 am arrived 9:40 immediately told no senior staff there, would I like to come back later I Said once I leave I have no intentions on coming back today. Then the owner says, "Let me call and see if I can reach her. I'll let you know. Well, she never came back. I walked over to her office and asked if the lady was coming in or not she said sorry, she didn't answer. Here's my answer: I will not do business with anyone that handles their business in this manner. You may have a much better experience, although the bar is set low.

UPDATE!!! I would like to honestly say that if you are not completely satisfied with the hairstyle you receive at Unlimited Beauty Institute, that Ms. McQueen will really try to rectify the situation. From my previous post, I was not satisfied with my daughter’s hairstyle she received last Saturday, but Ms. McQueen contacted me and arranged for my daughter to get her hair styled today, free of charge. The young lady that styled her hair today really did a great job!!! Thanks Unlimited Beauty Institute for promptly resolving my issue.

At Unlimited Beauty Institute, students may complete day or evening classes to become cosmetologists, nail technicians, or beauty industry instructors. Students begin at the "grasshopper" level with classroom training, then move to the "mastery" level, where they spend more time working on the clinic floor to perfect their skills. The school's small class sizes provide for personalized instruction. Shanye B. says, "I would recommend this school if you're looking to evolve in the hair and nail industry!"
Students may complete Unlimited's 1,500-hour cosmetology program on a full- or part-time basis. Courses cover the history and science of cosmetology; hair cutting, styling, and coloring; salon ecology; manicures/pedicures; skin care; and more.
Manicuring training can be completed in either a 400- or 600-hour program. Students can expect to learn the history and techniques of manicuring, manicures and pedicures, acrylic or gel applications, wraps, nail art, and more.
The instructor training program takes 600 hours for future cosmetology instructors or 300 hours for those wishing to teach manicuring.
