Me and my girls came to the school on Friday Feb 16. It was me and one of my daughter first time here. (My other daughter had service here before) My first thing was a guy instructor didn’t make her feel comfortable at all. Going to tell her you come get all this services at 2. ( if she wasn’t able to get why make appointment) Then he goes on tell her I hate you, then laughing about after he said that. Didn’t help her being nervous through all this was going down. The ladies that was on her head was really nice and understanding. He told them not to use foil on her head.She paid over 180 for service at a school. . Then her head was on fire with no one to come assist. Then she didn’t get the complete service because of his first comment. (Made her feel uncomfortable) Just know we was not the last one in your school getting service. A lady lifted to get her daughter, she was just getting washed at 430pm. I will be letting the board know that Paul Mitchell School is teaching wrong technique. I have pictures
