This school deserves the lowest ratings possible. The directors don't care about students all they care about is covering for own. Ms. Ibarra should be fired for the way she treats students. She is constantly putting students down and belittling them in front of everyone. They loose everyone's test and then gaslights the students into thinking they never did it. Even though the school isn't allowed to do brazilian waxes Ms. Ibarra makes them do them on her and traumatizes the students. She is absolutely disgusting. The school doesn't let you learn what you wanna learn. If you wanna do Cosmetology they will make you do hair even if you want to mainly do nails they don't care as long as they get their money. In fashion shows that the school puts on they make you participate and give you hope that you can win but its always Ms. Ibarra that wins and its never fair and they make you pay money to see your own creation. Ms. Ibarra will always put you down and talk to you like you are NOTHING. The school will lie to you and take your hours even if you were present. If she gives you a client and its gonna take forever your not allowed to get help Ms. Ibarra makes you do it on your own and your not allowed to eat and take a break. This school this a disgrace and its disgusting.

If i could give this school -5 i would. I absolutely hated going to this school. They do not help students all they do is bring them down and give clients as punishments even though students should want to get clients. Ms. Ibarra is the worst teacher she doesn’t ever know what she’s doing she only allows students to do what she thinks is best even though everything she did was absolutely garbage. She messed up everyone’s hair that she touched. Ms. Ibarra would give you client after client even after you tell her you have to do state board to graduate but oh “the client comes first” even if that means you can’t graduate she doesn’t care. Ibarra puts you down and make you not wanna go and if you don’t feel good or your having a off day she doesn’t care and will give you a client even if there are other people that are able. The school will take away your hours and make up lies to protect their own. Some days you don’t get to eat cause you have to do a client, I could’ve sworn I was in school not work. Since the day I got there she made my life so difficult. She has favorites and if you don’t do something the was she wants it good luck the rest of the year. The only good teachers there for cosmetology are Ms. Hernandez and Ms. Cruz. When I told the school about how she was treating me and other students it was “we didn’t know about that” even though I said something . They say one thing and mean another. I truly whole heartedly hate this school and hope it fails because the directors truly don’t know how to run it. They lost all my tests days before I graduated and make me retake then 3 times even though it was their fault. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS SCHOOL !!!!!! Ms. Ibarra should be fired for what she puts students through how dare this school say they care about the students when all they do is push them back and make them feel like they cant be expressive. Oh and also if your planning on doing cosmetology you will never EVER EVER get to work on anything other then hair so if you like nails or facial you get a week max of learning it, they say they offer it al but they truly don’t and just want to make money by making you do clients. Ms. Ibarra should be ashamed of her self.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend, it’s corrupt. Every time they have a fashion show an instructor ms.Ibarra is allowed to join and “miraculously” wins. What’s the point of having a fashion show if it’s rigged from the start. Her fit wasn’t even good. Save your money and go to a better school that cares about their students. Teachers constantly talk bad about students and don’t care about anything but their paycheck.
