Xcell Academy is the very first Paul Mitchell Partner School in the state of Alabama!

Overview of Programs
Paul Mitchell Partner School's talented learning leaders provide extensive hands-on and classroom training in the program you choose:

• The Cosmetology Program features design, cutting, coloring, multicultural techniques, makeup, fashion trends, and the art of hairdressing.
  

Paul Mitchell Partner School's provide training in our three-phase program:

CORE - Learn the rules! In this introductory course, you'll learn the basics that will let you confidently begin working on guests, and your learning leaders will help you blend professional skills with personal development.

ADAPTIVE - Bend the rules! Building on the skills you learned in CORE, this intermediate level teaches the value of time management, retailing, and the art of successful communication.

CREATIVE - Break the rules! Here's where it gets fun. This final phase takes you through advanced hairdressing and chemical work. During your last months and weeks toward graduation, you'll spend your time in high gear, preparing yourself for your future salon career.

Our curriculum, developed from years of experience, enables our Future Professionals learn about human relations, professionalism, retailing, career development, salon operations and management, and all the necessary skills to successfully pass the Alabama State Board Exam.
