Went here twice. Charged $75 for box braids. They were neat. But, I get a receipt for $105 for the same $75 service. They charged $30 for 2 extra hours. It's not my fault you guys booked braids at 5pm. It's also not my fault because you lack speed. Then they have the nerve to give me a membership sheet with the levels and prices. No, thanks.

Elijah was good but he cut my hair way too short. I asked him to cut 1 inch. He showed me an inch using his fingers and I said no that’s about 4-5 inches. I mean this (then I showed him how much an inch was using my hair to show him. He needs an actual ruler or measuring tape, it would really help him. My hair is st least 6 inches shorter than it should be now.
