College level costs, high school level administration. Don't confuse gross mismanagement for structure. The only thing in this school that works is the billing. This is one of the many recent institutions that specialize in profiting on grants, student loans, and military service entitlements. Do not attend if you do not already possess the knowledge necessary to start your career. Expect minimum wage for 3 years after you graduate, does that sound like something you'd pay anything for?
