me and my friend came in to get our nails and toes done, they refused me service due to having my baby with me. They said "it would be too difficult to do nails or toes with a baby" even though my friend could hold him while I got mine done, and pedicures don't require my hands so. I just think they are rude and unprofessional and they could have found a way to accommodate but are lazy so they refused .i drove 40 minutes each way for thiss appointment and waited two weeks. They are weirdos

Made an appointment for my male partner for a spiral perm. Next available was about 1.5 months away. When the day came they asked what kind of perm solution was used for the previous perm. It came up that he had henna in his hair during the last one, which is safe. That was way over a year ago and it has since been grown and cut off. He has short hair.... They wouldnt hear it and sent him on his way without perming.
