I was in today. The instructor Bre was rude to the students. I have microlocs I asked for a shampoo and style. The instructor suggested that I get my hair in two ponytails. I asked for some oils to moisturize my hair and was told we don't carry that but use this serum. The director came over and was very short and rude. I expressed to the instructor that my name was spelled incorrectly she said it didn't matter that she knew who I was. I started calling her Becky she informed me it wS bree I told her it didn't matter I know who I'm talking about. This place is horrible.

I saw how low the reviews are for this school and I figured I should put my 2 cents in. I love going to school at elite cosmetology!! Miss Shelly and Frank are my day time Instructors and they are both amazing!! I'm excited and motivated about my career and I'm just so grateful for this place!! Also we are really doing some great hair here!! Come in or call for an appointment. Great discounted prices and all services are done by students while supervised by someone with a license! I'll include a few pics of some highlights I've done.
