The call center reps are extremely rude and combative. I was hung up on by a rep this afternoon for simply asking to be respected handling a concern. They are very ghetto and having no customer skills and the other rep answered by saying hello like it’s house phone.

I just moved here 4 years ago. At first, I signed back up for school here at this location. Never once was called for an appointment time, never once was helped but instead they signed me up without my knowledge of a class. I never knew I had until I accepted a job with them. The boss said you know you are supposed to be in class he said. I was like wait what...now I have a debt.... The next issue...I started work here March 18th this year. Never again! I was treated so poorly. This place talks about Diversity, inclusion, and equality...not one does this school show. I was so disappointed. I was hurt. I was afraid because I was threatened. I could sit here and go on. When I reached out to HR even the lady stated well, she wasn't sure what would happen after she escalated my complaint. Like what was that supposed to mean....am I supposed to even come back because I was already threatened. Racist comments made...the place is horrible, and I'll never work downtown Milwaukee or affiliate ever with MATC again! They don't even deserve a star...

Whoever answers the customer service phones needs to be fired & replaced! THEY DONT WANT TO WORK! very rude and unprofessional every single time I call for...
