I shortly attended for a few classes and left due to... Let's just say rampant and severe unprofessional and keep it at that. I sent a request recently for a transfer credit to my new school and the new school told me It was rejected because I wasn't in their records. What has happened was, despite having my full legal name, birthday, social security, phone number, and email, they couldn't find me in their system beri used an abbreviation for my name under nicknames. This wouldn't have been an issue really, a clear oversight and something for them to fix on their end (perhaps prioritizing legal names instead of refusing to hand over information because you can't remember a silly nickname) however, the person who took my call was so unbelievably rude and condescending, I spent the last few hours of my day upset. Even though I literally told them all my legal information, confirmed social/email/legal name blah blah blah she refused to give me the information. She said I needed to figure out what the nickname was. I asked, "was it *insert correct nickname*) and she said she wouldn't tell me... Despite it being correct. She then hung up on me saying, " I'm not going to wait for you to figure it out." Unfortunately that's not even the worst part,. After I called back and confirmed the Info for the tenth time, she said, "what do you want me to do about it" and told me to, "figure it out on my end" This school is beyond pathetic. I have NEVER interacted with such consistently unprofessional and disrespectful staff in my life.
