They are learning so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Some do better then others but that’s why it’s a school to. You are their ginea pig lol the price is great the services are great and staff are great especially to vent to well you get your service. It’s a little run down and sometimes you don’t walk out 100% satisfied but other times you walk out with exactly what you wanted done.

I made an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done for a winter fest dance that was on Saturday. The appointment was made for 2:30pm the Thursday before the dance. They texted me at 2:15pm the day of the appointment when we were already on our way there to tell me they had to cancel because they didn’t have any girls available. They stated they tried calling me that morning but the call wasn’t going through(yet they were able to text me just fine). I then called & spoke to someone who was very rude. I told her I’d be posting a review about this & her comment to me was “that’s fine, it’ll be deleted immediately”. Unbelievable!! After the conversation on the phone the same girl had the nerve to text me again & say “No one should've scheduled you at 2:30. We don't start full sets at 2:30. May I ask who you talked to”. Very disappointed with this interaction!
