Teacher are too busy on their laptops to pay attention to the people taking their test.

My significant other took her CNA boards here and the skills part was very poor. The woman stated she DID NOT introduce herself, which she did. The woman had her nose to far in her laptop trying to get it to work then paying attention to what was going on. I will be contacting the state tomorrow morning and then going further with this.

I met a very talented Student today 9/13/24 named Jade. Wow! She is talented, and I will follow her once she settles in a Salon in the vicinity of Summersville. Why? Because she is authentic. I showed her a picture of my hope. She delivered. This gal is talented, I have thick hair. She highlighted, what took my stylist back in NH ...3 hours and I was not satisfied at all with the outcome. Jade was attentive to her customer today . She recommended educational advice and I was listening. She heard my desire. She then delivered and I knew straight away, this Stylist is an Artist. I arrived with a picture. She said "I can do what you desire!" My hair is very thick. She performed within her allowance of time that my Stylist in NH simply could not. I wanted blonde. My NH Stylist could not deliver and tried to convince me Caramel is what "she" wanted for me. Hmm. That was May 2024. I needed time to grow out so Jade could see my base color. She is, in my opinion, what this Academy produces. I also noticed , 2 of her instructors. They knew who Jade had as a client at 10am. I don't know their names. Each segment from going Brown hair to Blonde, Jade received accolades from her Instructors. I knew I was in good hands. I enjoy going to Cosmetology schools to contribute to an aspiring Artist. Jade announced what my appointment meant to her for Graduation and WV Licensure. She had one more service to fulfill State requirement....a Blonde Full Head Foil to check off per WV hours to achieve Licensure. Pics were taken from beginning to end. I'm proud of Jade. I hope my appointment is a part of her Senior Portfolio. Wow! Thank you, Ms. Jade. You are very talented. Thank you to the Instructors. You, too, deserve praise. I appreciate your time today. Thank you all so much. Jade... you have a very lucrative future ahead. Thank you so much for your professional advice and delivering what I asked for today. I will see you soon. Please let me know after you graduate where you perform your particular brand of magic! You are very talented. To those reading: Jade is adept at listening to the client. She is talented with foiling a very thick head of hair with precision. She is worthy of your time to sit in her chair. I recently moved to Beckley from NH. This Artist is talented.
