Heads up for any clients and it's probably a given, but I did not expect service to be 3 hours long for trim, wash and blow out. I do not blame the student at all, in fact, I am more upset at the teacher for not recognizing when a student is struggling and needs constant direction. Yes, she would go get the teacher for a question, and teacher would come over to coach, but she wouldn't demonstrate or watch the student and give pointers. She would just talk and walk away, and student hesitated quite a bit before doing anything. I had plans during the day on my only day off that didn't happen because it took so long.

The beauty school has some great teachers. I often get my hair done and facials there, and the experience is always wonderful. Katie, the Saturday-morning instructor, is especially helpful and really guides the students on how to do hair properly. The esthetician teacher during the weekdays is also very skilled and does an excellent job teaching the students.

I recently visited the beauty school, and I’ve had great experiences with the students there. My last appointment was with Maria at the St. Petersburg location, and she did an amazing job!
