I am so grateful to Ms Shannon For always helping me and responding quickly with the advice as if she’s known me for years, such a Sweet and helpful person. American Institute was the first school I could truly be myself. I have learned so much from my instructors. I'm confident that I'm leaving the Medical Assistant program with all the knowledge I need to succeed out in the field. I know I will be a great medical assistant because of the program and instructors here at American Institute. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I'm sad to leave because it feels like home, we are a big family here. Ms.V, Ms.Keyonna and Ms.Tara are the best MA instructors ever!
