My girlfriend went to American Institute for the phlebotomy course and was super nervous but her amazing teacher Ms. Nicole not only made her feel calm and ease, she is so motherly, strong, and super knowledgeable in her studies. Throughout the semester, she ended up passing her final with a 94 top of her class! Ms. Nicole is a beacon of light in this program and I'm so thankful that my girlfriend and American Institute found someone so inspiring as her to teach phlebotomy and I hope she stays for years to come. Good teachers are the backbone of this country.

I’ve just completed my 7-weeks in the phlebotomy program. I was very nervous when I first started school but I’m super grateful and happy I continued. The staff members were so helpful, kind, and understanding, in particular, Mrs. Nicole! She is a true gem to American Institute! She is dedicated and passionate about her students and teaching us future phlebotomist. She made everyday a great learning experience, and with her supportive nature and experience, I passed my AMCA PTC Exam! Not only did I leave her classroom with every essential skill in phlebotomy, but I left with the confidence of knowing I’ll be an amazing phlebotomist!! I recommend the course to my friends because I know that with Mrs.Nicole as their phlebotomy teacher all will succeed. Thank You Mrs. Nicole!! Thank you American Institute!!
